Diana Todd' Story
Originally from the Northeast, I grew up in New Hampshire and spent my summers on Lake Winnipesaukee. Cloudy, stormy, and windy days energize me. Trail running is how I stay fit, both mind and body, and on the trails and in the mountains is where I am most at home. I have run several ulra-marathons.
With a graduate degree in exercise Physiology, I worked in the health and fitness industry for 10 years and then moved intosales thereafter. In 1999 I left the corporate world and a management position at a running shoe company to return to my passion of health and well being. A graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy, I have been helping to keep my clients healthy and active and doing what they love to do for 15 years!
I am about EMPOWERINGothers to be the best they can be by reminding them of who they are and of what they are capable. I am about STRENGTH, being emotionally powerfuland staying the course, whatever that course might be. And I am about living a life of INTREGRITY, being whole. I walk the talk.
